About Emerging Leaders Board

Emerging Leaders Board is Italian Home for Children’s group of compassionate young professionals.
It allows up-and-coming leaders to serve as ambassadors of our work of helping children facing behavioral and educational challenges
receive life-saving programs and services. For more than 106 years, we have assisted the most vulnerable children in our area, initially, youngsters orphaned by the great flu pandemic of 1918, today, children from all backgrounds. Responsibilities

Attend and actively support events organized by the committee.
Encourage attendance at events by engaging your personal and professional network.
Promote awareness and foster connections for Italian Home for Children within your personal and professional communities.
Collaborate with the group to brainstorm creative, practical event ideas that appeal to a diverse audience.
Assist in planning and executing special events hosted by the committee.
Support the solicitation of in-kind donations, such as raffle and auction items for events.
Communicate and advocate for IHC’s mission and programs within your personal networks.
