There are many ways to donate and support the work we do at Italian Home for Children. See how others do their part, and find the ways that are best for you to be a part of our Community.
Making an outright gift to Italian Home for Children allows your donation to be put directly to use to help children and their families. A gift by credit card is the most common and convenient method of donating to us. If you would like to donate securities or make a wire transfer, please contact Griffin Thomas.
Gifts in memory or in honor of a loved one or friend are wonderful ways to pay tribute to the special people in your life. Each tribute gift is acknowledged to the honored individual or next of kin.
A gift by will or other gift-planning vehicles can be an excellent way of supporting the Italian Home and helping to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Home, while having tax advantages as well for the donor. Contact us today to learn more about making a legacy gift.
If your employer has a matching gift program, you can double or even triple the amount of your donation to the Italian Home. Check with your HR or Benefits Department to see if your company has this program, and if so, simply enclose their matching gift form with your donation to the Italian Home.
The Italian Home for Children accepts donations of new clothing, toys, household items, tickets/passes, gift certificates, school supplies, etc. Please understand we can only accept donations of new items. Contact us today if you would like to make a donation
A donor-advised fund is a type of giving program that allows you to combine the most favorable tax benefits with the flexibility to easily support your favorite charities. A donor-advised fund is a flexible, strategic giving vehicle available to any donor who is able to meet the minimum initial contribution requirement.

Shown here is a compilation of some of our unbelievably kind and generous friends at the Chelsea Market, sharing their #mygivingstory as part of our 2017 Giving Tuesday campaign.
Each week, the vendors at the market load up our Italian Home van with fresh produce and other wonderful food for our incredibly talented chef and kitchen crew to prepare for our children.
As you can see, these folks are passionate about supporting the Italian Home for different reasons. The common bond is that they love giving back to their community, and do so in gratitude for all that the Italian Home did for one of their own a long time ago.
This is community. This is family.
This is Italian Home for Children.
