Joe Fabiano is an Assistant Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a leading commercial real estate advisory firm where he leverages his knowledge of the local market dynamics and trends to assist clients in advancing their corporate objectives. As part of the Boston Brokerage Team, Joe focuses on Tenant and Landlord representation for local and national portfolio clients. Prior to joining JLL Joe worked as an Account Manager for Randstad Technologies, where he was responsible for managing enterprise accounts and new business development.
Joe along with his co-chair Nicole Murphy, founded the Emerging Leaders Society in 2014 as a way to engage young professionals in IHC’s mission. The Italian Home for Children has been a part of his family for a long time, as his father, Jim Fabiano, previously served on the Board of Directors. Joe holds a BA in Business Management from Assumption College in Worcester, MA and is a resident of Quincy.
Nicole Murphy is the Director of Public Relations at Regan Marketing & Media where she helps clients foster relationships with key influencers and media locally as well as nationally. As co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Society Board, Nicole has been a member since its inception.
Prior to joining the team at Regan, Nicole was an account supervisor at a boutique public relations firm in Boston where she drove communications efforts for clients across a variety of industries. Nicole also served as a member of the United Way’s Young Professionals board for three years where she served on the public relations committee. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Political Science from Quinnipiac University.
A resident of Boston, Nicole enjoys taking in all the activities the city has to offer.
Stephen Dickey currently serves as a healthcare and technology focused investment banker with Covington Associates, a leading middle-market investment bank in Boston, MA. In this role, Stephen works with the firm’s senior bankers to provide mergers and acquisitions advisory services to established and emerging companies across healthcare and technology verticals. Prior to joining Covington Associates in 2015, Stephen was a Fall Analyst at AGC Partners, a technology focused boutique investment bank. Prior to AGC, Stephen spent a summer focused on micro-finance investments in Ho, a small Sub-Saharan city, for the Government of Ghana.
Stephen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2014. He holds dual citizenship between the United States and Italy.
